But do you seriously believe that the entire population of the UK would
continue to behave as normal, civilised people after all the
infrastructure has been destroyed beyond recognition. Mob rule etc
would be the order of the day. The best thing to hope for is that you
are at "ground zero" when things go seriously wrong
