Each line represents a double track.
So where are the "connections from the fast lines to the slow lines
just south of where the Met line splits into the Watford and
Rickmansworth routes" described in the message I cited? Is it just a
mistake? (South being left on the above diagram
Use of the term "south" could be causing confusion, because Moor Park
to Rickmansworth is east - west. Everything is south of the Watford
branch. In the diagram, left is actually east, with south at the top.
I don't know what was meant, but going from Moor Park to
Rickmansworth, between the junctions with the South (ie east) and
North (ie west) Curves, the fast and slow lines join together, and
that is south of the Watford line
So I think it's more (adapting the previous diagram)
