The SWT trains I travel on are cramped old and tired. There are no
trolley or food services, and indeed there are no toilets. There isnt
really room for food eating in the rush hour. I just dont want to be
next to Mr Yoghurt again.

I can't think of any trains operated by SWT which match this
description, except the handful of unrefurbished 455s which are left. I
travel on the same line as you and around 80% of the trains have now
been refreshed with new seats at 2+2 pitch.

No AC, Three seats wide in places, 2 seat wide near doors. These are low
seats made out of plastic with thin seat covers. My train every morning
is like that. I know SWT have some better ones but perhaps its just my
luck I rarely get one.
