You could try making one up, though I don't know if it would work with
your credit card.

If it's for validation of your card details, rather than simply posting
then I think it's typically at the merchant's discretion whether they
allow the transaction. At least that's the way it works here, extra
charges may be incurred by the merchant as the address isn't (can't) be
validated, but as yet the address/postcode look-up for cards here in the UK
does not extend to the USA, or indeed to mainland Europe or the Republic
for many Barclaycard Merchant Transactions IME.
