They're opening the Arcade units on a progressive basis (therefore many
units should be fitted out before Spring 2008) - that way they'll
minimise visitor dissatisfaction and any compensation payments that the
retailers may be seeking. The Market may well be fitted out before the
Arcade (they're aiming towards a New Year opening for the Market
according to the official StP website),

Where is the Market? I've been through there a couple of times and
can't work it out.
