Default Getting a Network Railcard

http://www.railcard.co.uk/network tells you how to buy one:
"To apply for a Network Railcard, pick up a leaflet at any staffed rail
station or rail appointed Travel Agent in the Network Railcard area. Or you
can buy one over the phone; click here for the telesales number of your
local train company." [But the "click here" isn't a working link.]

Ipswich is, of course, just outside the area, so if you don't want to buy
over the phone, you'd presumably have to go down the line to somewhere like
Manningtree.

Hi All,

Does anyone here know if it's possible to obtain a Network Railcard
on-line? And if if not, how would someone living in Ipswich go about
getting one? I've tried the obvious sites, One, National Rail and
Railcard.co.uk but all seem determined to make it as difficult as possible
to get hold of one.
