Overall this is good news for people in Forest Hill and Sydenham who
finally get to join the tube system.

The overground as 'part of the tube system' seems to be a fairly regular
mistaken belief. Only last week I read about an MP (Battersea?) who was
looking forward to ELLX phase 2, so that Clapham junction could finally be
part of the tube network...
