When I first glanced at the pic I was hoping it was a fire engine! Is it
possible (looking at the BBC's pic) that the bus driver was
unaware of the meaning of the whitelines painted on the brickwork
above the centre of the arch, or was he too high anyway? Although at
9am he probably wasn't the first bus along?
I'd imagine it wasn't his first trip under the bridge, it was just the first
time he forgot to drive in the middle.
