I don't know if there has been a recent change, with Zones A-D becoming
Zones 7 - 9, but it used to be the case that an NR ticket office could sell
a discounted Zones 1-6 ODTC, while a LUL ticket office would sell, for the
same price, a discounted Zones 1-6 plus A-D ODTC.
