So would Ruislip (Metropolitan Line) - Kings Cross (Victoria Line) -
Highbury & Islington (London Overground) - Hackney Central route be
perfectly acceptable even though the TFL planner suggests changing at
Finchley Rd and Finchley Rd + Frognal ?
Yes as I said in my earlier post. Finchley Road / F Rd & Frognal are
not a valid out of station interchange.
The Journey Planner does not work on the basis of fares validity - it
usually works on the basis of fastest journey unless you reset the
parameters.
