Not any more though. See the new fares booklet, referred to in the
recent thread:

Huh? OK, it's £1.10 from 2 January but that's the Oyster fare for
any off-peak tube travel not including Zone 1. See page 5 of the
fares booklet.

My mistake - I was referring only to the point about 'peak and off
peak' being 'shunned by LU'.
