Apart from when the Olympics are staged.

Eh?! The duration of the Olympic Games is one period where Eurostars
are absolutely guaranteed not to stop at Stratford International. The
only service to stop there during this period will be the "Olympic
Javelin" service, formed of the Hitachi class 395 trains, which will
shuttle between St. Pancras - Stratford Int'l - Ebbsfleet. AIUI the
Kent High-Speed (aka 'Kent domestics') service will be entirely
suspended during this period because the trains will be needed for the
Olympic Javelin service. Eurostars will continue to use HS1 but will
pass through Stratford Int'l non-stop.
