Will be permanent, but seems to be a trial this time.

Apparently the name will remain. It's just that some passengers will be
mightily confused and fed up about it.
And others might actually consider using the Circle line if it starts
being reliable!
(I take it you are perhaps one of the some who will be fed up about
these Circle line changes, given the concomitant knock-on changes to
Wimbleware services, i.e. the reduction of Wimbleware trains starting
from Edgware Road? I'll admit I'm one of those who essentially avoids
the Circle line at the moment - there always seems to be a better way!)
