It's an LU training facility inside Ashfield House near West Kensington
station.

Nice set, thanks for the heads up.

I rather liked the one that shows the end of an underground tube station
with the graphic beyond showing 4-rail track running off into the verdant
green countryside with (can you believe it?) blue skies.

P'raps it should show solid ice on the current rails and ultra-fine snow
drifting. Should be a good test of mettle for the trainees, well maybe
!!!!.

Apart fom the fact that West Ashfield is a *tube* station on the District
line between Earls Court and Tower Bridge. Which is only served by
sub-surface stock!

I thought it was actually at West Kensington or nearby? I.e. West of
Earl's Court.

.... which correctly shows that West Ashfield is between Earl's Court and
West Kensington, i.e. west of Earl's Court.

I was going by the platform line diagram. The platform timetable sheet
confirms that view. Earl's Court is shown as an Eastbound destination.

Indeed, but much more importantly, how does it fit into the game of
Mornington Crescent?

It's the Mornington Crescent equivalent of the card in the deck which has
the contract bridge scoring on it.
