You have them swapped round AFAICS. Bull and Bush is under Hampstead Heath,
but was never completed. City Rd was a Northern Line Bank Branch station,
it was closed during the 1920s modifications to enlarge the tunnels,
apparently as low usage didn't justify its retention.

City Road was the one in City Road, which was open from 1901 to 1922.
Bull & Bush, a.k.a. North End, was never opened.

Bull & Bush, up Hampstead way (between Hampstead and Golders Green),
