TfL Travel Information, useless or what?

A fatal RTA has closed the A30 at Hatton Cross causing gridlock for
miles around, it has been mentioned on just about every radio travel
bulletin this morning yet TfL appear to be unaware of it. They are
still advertsing a normal service on bus routes in the area.
