Would you care to provide some evidence for that statement? If revenue apportionment was so terrible why were Chiltern such an early adopter of Oyster PAYG on both routes into Marylebone? I see there are additional Chiltern calls at Amersham and Rickmansworth from the 22nd - that must be proof positive they don't see the point of stopping on the Met... http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/si...le%20brief.pdf :-) Paul S |

Sounds suspiciously like Sudbury Hill ... Yup, I'll be walking past the Chiltern Sudbury Hill Harrow station on my way to Sudbury Hill Tube station in a few minutes time. On this occasion, the Tube offers a faster journey to where I'm going (the ICE as it happens), but often it would be the other way round, if only more trains stopped there. |

Tis a pity that the two Sudbury Hills cannot be made into an interchange. Unfortunately doing so would be entirely uneconomic. |

There's no need for them to be -- it's an Oyster OSI connection with a very generous 20 minute connection time. The real problem is just how few Chiltern trains stop there, so if you missed one, there would be a very long wait, in a dismal bus type shelter. |
