The Jubiliee line with their 1995 stock trains is in my experience the quickest away from stops. Paris and Lille have very quick metro trains and I believe they achieve acceleration rates up to 1.4 metres per second per second so you really do have to hold on! |

As others have pointed out, the 1992 stock appears to be the fastest accelerating. I would guess that the A stock has the worst acceleration, but perhaps a higher top speed than other stock. |
