Pre Pay, first Monday morning
If anyone wants a dead cert number for the lottery this week, may I
suggest 24; the error code that shows you've travelled out of zone on your Oyster and have no Pre-Pay..... not that you ever wanted any or had even heard of it. So when I'd finished reflecting on the fact that I alone was responsible for the January price hike, there was good old 24, popping up over and over again to add yet another opportunity for some ad hoc Passenger Education... Sigh -- Kat Me, Ambivalent? Well, yes and no. |

Is there a full list of the extended error codes now that Oyster is running? The list in the FAQ looks distinctly pre-Oyster. Why would people expect their out of zone travelcard to work anyway? Why would people expect their out of zone travelcard to work anyway? What they didn't expect was that having bought a magnetic extension ticket, (given in at the end of the journey) that their duly swiped Oyster card would record a debit on their non-existent Pre-Pay.... -- Kat Me, Ambivalent?
