Would you care to be a bit more specific? Clearly your complaint does not
apply to *all* bus drivers.

Have you thought of complaining to TFL?

STOP DRIVING PAST ...

Whilst I don't like abusive posts in capitals, I feel the OP has a
point. I have two frequent gripes.

Edgware Bus Station has some bays which have poor visibility from the
passenger waiting seats. I frequently wait at 'D' bay and have missed,
and watch others miss, buses that overtake others and sail past waiting
passengers. (Sometimes this happens even if waiting outside, watching
bubes like hawks)

Drivers also fail to stop at 'compulsory' stops.

Many buses also seem to run several minutes early, making complex
journey planning difficult.

I can specify a route and stops: route 295 from Clapham Junction to Ladbroke
Grove.

Sometimes the entire section of route along St. John's Hill (3 stops) is missed
out as the buses, when leaving their terminal point at Falcon Road, use a
shortcut along Grant Road.

This is scandalous, especially since those of us waiting at the Falcon Road bus
stop can see the bus scuttling away from us down Grant Road.

I'll make it a bit more specific. To All E10 drivers. The timetable is
there for a reason, you are supposed to wait for the correct time
before departing, NOT three minutes before. And it doesn't take more
than 2 minutes to change over, either.

Then there are the loops for Northwick Park Hospital and for Northwick
Park Station which the H10 can be apt to miss. Punters waiting for buses
to Kenton can get *very* cold at NPH...

Same applies to routes 204 and 305 too.

Getting cold & wet at bus stops is enough to put off all but die-hard
passengers. Being left stranded because buses leave early scuppers my
arranging tight connections on multi-phase journeys.

SWMBO sent an complaint by email to one bus company. In the
complaint, she quoted the words uttered loudy by a driver, only for
the mail to bounce:

The message you have sent contains content deemed inappropriate by
the company e-mail policy. Your name and e-mail address have
been logged. Further breaches may result in your name and copies
of the mail being passed to the administrators of your company.

I'm tempted to write and ask about their services in S****horpe,
or Penistowe.
