Lambeth/Southwark GLA elections transport meeting
 

Southwark Cyclists and Lambeth Cyclists have co-organised a public
meeting at Southwark College, The Cut, SE1 on Thursday 20 May.

All the Southwark/Lambeth constituency candidates have been
invited and the Independent, Green, Conservative, Respect, Liberal
Democrat and Labour candidates have confirmed. John Stewart, Transport
2000 and much more, will chair sagely. All the candidates have been asked
for talk for a few minutes each about the London Cycling Campaigns Cycling
manifesto (www.lcc.org.uk). There'll then be open questions around local
transport issues generally. So, an excellent and very local way to see
aspiring politicians in action.
