Re 2012 Olympics

and specifically:

20. There will be special trains running to meet changing demands, and
improved services on the North London line. As you may know plans for
the East London Line are being considered as part of the current
spending review. The Chancellor will be publishing his White Paper next
week and we hope to say something about the East London Line soon after.
