How many jams on the North Circular tonight?

I suggest that whoever is responsible for scheduling tunnel closures on
the same night as major roadworks at the A1 junction is fit only for
rather more menial labour than the responsible job that they are
probably paid a great deal for.

Or perhaps no-one is responsible, which is even worse!
