"T7" 4-2-2-0
I'm working my way through B K Cooper and R Antell "A Tribute to the
London and South Western Railway." Okay you aren't interested in the barrage ballon they wheeled round Feltham Goods yard equiped with 20 x 1,000watt lamps with refelectors which proved the value of flood lights, two fields away from Hindenburg at Feltham Air Park, but how about this: Was the T7 a 4-2-2-0 or is that a misprint and if so what does it mean? -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |

Was the T7 a 4-2-2-0 or is that a misprint and if so what does it mean?
It seems it was. It simply means that rather than a two pairs of coupled driving wheels as on a 4-4-0 it had two pairs of independently driven wheels. |
