Oyster top-up and travelcard issue at National Rail stations

Two Oyster fast ticket machines have been installed at Ealing
Broadway. They are similar to the ones in tube stations except that
they do not issue any paper tickets. Have they been installed in any
other National Rail stations?

I really hope they install them at Barking and Upminster as neither have any Oyster compatible
machines.

They dont take cash - only cards. Why they couldn't have installed the
credit-card-only machines like the one at PAD is anyones guess, I guess if
you dont use oyster you're a second class citizen.

I imagine the reason they don't accept cash is that TfL would have to
arrange specially to pick it up, which isn't a worry with solely card
transactions.
