Clapham Junction yesterday?
 

Hi all,

I passed by Clapham Junction around 5pm yesterday to find almost the
entire junction outside the Falcon pub cordoned off by police and a
rather forlorn looking London General single decker (I think from the 39
route) parked in the middle of the carriageway. I didn't have time to
stop and ask what was going on and when I passed back around 6pm, the
bus was being towed away and things were just getting back to normal.
There was nothing on bbc.co.uk or thisislondon.co.uk, so does anyone
know what happened? I'm hoping nothing too serious.

Sadly, I believe a cyclist was killed at the junction - there were
memorial flowers there yesterday.
