Wrong. He'll withdraw these routes after a few months because they come
nowhere near to covering their costs :-)

The obvious cost saving measure would be to combine the two routes and run
Albert Hall to Tower. Oh, but you can't do that as it doesn't duplicate an
existing route and so would fall foul of the DDA....
