Where I live, the ticket office closes at lunchtime. This now makes it
impossible to buy an OPODTC with Y-P.

They're not available at the machine, AFAICT.

Walthamstow's cut its hours too, including Sunday lunchtime, and has no
(Oyster-capable) machines anywhere in the station. Lovely.
