Customer charter refund form
 

I'm sure it used to be easy to find but for some reason I cannot find
the customer charter refund form on the tfl site. Have they removed it
or am I just missing it?

Thanks. That seems a rather obscure place to put it but I suppose they
don't really want us finding it too easily.
