Clocks change on SWT?

The other morning I missed my train, I reckon they updated their clocks with
the correct time. As I sync my phone with their clocks, I was late. Do they
no regularly update their clocks, or am I imagining the whole bloody thing?

* They are now on the correct time, which is nice.
