Silverlink County 8th December

I know the wires were down on Friday, but if they can't run all the
trains why don't they make them all at least 8-car. The 21:04 was more
crowded than most rush hour trains - a packed desiro. Why????????

Perhaps because many of the sets that would be required were stuck on the
wrong side of the dewirement?
