Oyster Auto-Topup disappeared
 

I hve several times tried to set up auto-topup on my Oyster card. Each
time signing in at my nominated station had no effect on the card and
after a while I got an email saying auto-topup had failed.
Now in the wake of Ken's fare hikes I'm trying again, but I notice
having logged in on the website that there are no longer auto-topup
options for my account - just pay as you go, easy renew and travelcard.

Has anyone else had these problems and solved them?

Have you tried phoning the Oyster Card helpline? They were
fantastically helpful when I phoned a couple of months ago.
