does anyone know why the entrance to Euston Square tube station in the
corner of the Wellcome Trust building has never been properly finished? Is
there some reason for the hold up or does LUL just take forever to do
everything?

This is britain. Even the simplest construction tasks take years. What

I understood there was a legal dispute. I have no idea as to the status
or its progress.
