DLR this morning
 

Can someone please summarise for me, with times if possible, what
precisely was going on at East India this morning?

As I understand it, service was suspended Poplar - Canning Town, and
then briefly Poplar - Royal Victoria/West Silvertown, with service
resuming a little after 8, but then later there was a further failure.

Both problems were reported to be at East India, involving a broken down
train, and/or power problems.

This caused me a lot of problems, not least the fact that I had reached
platform 9 at Bank before realising anything was wrong, then returning to
platform 6 to continue my journey. Had I been able to get the full story
quickly (difficult with no mobile phone signal) I might have made for All
Saints instead.
