No, but they've hidden them quite well. In the journey planner box on
most pages, click Advanced Options, then choose See Also Timetables
on the right. Bizarrely, this is a completely different page to
Getting Around Timetables from the top bar (and choosing Getting
Around Timetables from the site map gives you a broken link).

I've asked for this to be looked in to, and apparently I'm not the
only one, so finger's crossed this will appear on the main timetables
page.
