I like it - presumably it is roughly to scale?

"roughly" is correct term for that. I try to make it similar to
reality, but still skip on some real-life details to make it readable.

Not sure about the choice of colour for the DLR though.

Well, I don't want to use stripes, so I had to pick some *similar*
colour...

I was going to criticise your use of 'critique' as a verb in the
title of this thread, buthttp://www.answers.com/critique&r=67,
although referring to it as 'pretentious jargon', then seems to
suggest that it's becoming an acceptable usage... so I'll shut up and
go to bed.

Well, I'm not a native speaker... thanks for correction - I *really*
appreciate this!

The Waterloo & City crosses under the District and Circle just west of
Blackfriars. Bank is if anything closer to Cannon Street than it is to
Monument.

Thank you!
I'll try to redraw that part, but something tells me it won't help
readability :-/

Does the little line on the stations (like between the bakerloo and
Jubilee at Bakers Street) indicate a same level interchange? If so,
Bakerloo - Victoria lines at Oxford Circus is same level, rather than
central - Vic.

It indicates cross-platform interchange - but Oxford Circus was
incorrect anyway.

Also Royal Oak is about equi-distance between Paddington and
Westbourne Park

Corrected - thank you!

Very nice, I'd move Gunnersbury up a bit to nestle more between Chiswick
Park and Acton Town, perhaps by moving Acton Town up the curve a bit
more, given that you have the district wiggle into Ealing Broadway
pretty much accurate it seems sensible to make the district better
reflect reality, where the lines to Richmond separate just outside
Turnham Green but run right past the back of Chiswick Park and then run
into a station barely more than a few hundred meters from the lines
running up to Acton Town.

Done :-)

Could show proposed extensions to Heathrow T5 and DLR
extensions to Dagenham and Woolwich Arsenal.

I'm going to make special version(s) with future extensions
(Overground, East London Railway, DLR, Heathrow, etc).

Hillingdon spelt wrong.

After FarringTon it does not surprise me anymore ;-(
Thank you!

Perhaps a double-arrow symbol to pick out NR interchanges?

Will be added - eventually.

Updated (and fixed south District and Northern in general):

Also I made a special version of the map with tomorrow's
disruptions
included (or excluded, to be exact):
http://www.fxfp.com/get/tube/2007/05/w_001.png

The Waterloo & City crosses under the District and Circle just west
of
Blackfriars. Bank is if anything closer to Cannon Street than it is
to
Monument.

And I'd say that Liverpool St and Moorgate are too far north and need
to be closer to Bank and further from Old St.

BTW did anyone see that "shortwalk" map? A good idea in principle, but
there is no way anyone could *walk* between Bank and Waterloo in their
claimed 15 minutes...

Nice work. I'd love to see one showing the disused stations, abandoned
stretches of track and unbuilt 1939 Works sections (eg Denham).

I have a plan for map of disused stations. I guess I could add
abandoned projects too.

What about including the sections currently being built such as the East
London Line Extension and the DLR Woolwich Arsenal station?

Both will be in seperate "future" version of the map.

Thank you very much for your correction - implemented all of them,
except Bank-Monument ones (but I'm going to redraw area around Bank,
Liverpool Street, and Moorgate soon).
