I tried both of them, trying the FastTicket option, and both of them
are requiring a UK postcode.

You could try making one up, though I don't know if it would work with
your credit card.

Register first. I used an Australian post code and Australian postal
address
(and .au email address) I was then able to purchase tickets and pick them
up
at the fast ticket machine at KX.

It wouldn't let me even begin placing an order until I registered...
It doesn't like my zipcode in the US of 77429

I just tried it and it is OK.. You need to find the "register as a new
user" page (for me that was
https://www.gnertickets.co.uk/buy_ti...77_2007942304).
before u try to do any bookings.
The people at the help desk have been very helpful and replied to my emails
promptly and explained the situation for non UK citizens

Now that I am surprised at. IME if you don't have the correct dates for
the card, then it's automatically a void transaction. Had you used that
exact card before with them, and so could they potentially (illegally?
DPA?) have dug up an old record to check?

I had used it many times, but I don't know if they could/would have
done that.
