Oyster pads on First Capital Connect ticket machines

Recently it appears that the FCC Scheidt & Bachmann ticket machines now
have Oyster pads of the bulky type. As yet they are not operational.

I noticed this morning that East Dulwich station now has Oyster Card
validators of the type used on DLR. No sign of any info on the
Southern website about when they might become active.
