I can confirm Oyster readers are installed (And covered) at BHK and ENF BHK has 1 or 2 in the booking office, 2 on the up road gate access and 2 on the down road side access. The new (non oyster) ticket machine has also been installed on the up road platform. Most of the new ticket machines SWT are installing (from S&B) have a small rectangular blanking plate to the right of the screen where the Smartcard Pad will be fitted, maybe the NXEA machines have a similar blank fitted? In what sense can FasTIS "do the lot" if it cannot issue two growing (if still small) segments of the ticketing market as you identify? FasTIS offers the full range of National Rail products, though for things like PlusBus, the add-on needs to be issued separately from the travel ticket. As for Ticket on Departure, I believe the possibility of getting it enabled on FasTIS is being looked into, given it's the only one of the next generation Ticket Issuing Systems with no facility for ToD recall (however, there are procedures that can be brought into play to issue replacement tickets if there's a Self-Service Machine failure). I do not know these stations well enough - are there self service ticket machines available that are now (and will continue to be) capable of issuing ToD bookings? Some stations do (primarily Shere FAST machines, though FCC are installing Scheidt and Bachmann machines to replace their old Ascom ones), with a steadily increasing number offering ToD.
