feasible to make a junction with the Willesden Junction to Richmond line

If you read the Crossrail development evidence on their website, ITYF that
Richmond/Kingston was a serious option at one stage, but it was removed
following pressure from the people of Richmond and Kingston...

There is also the issue of service polution.
