London Underground book recommendations?
Hello. I wasn't sure which newsgroup to post this to so I thought I'd
try here first. I'm looking for a decent book (with a good mix of text and photographs) on the London Underground - it's history, construction, maintenance, rolling stock, disused stations and any other technical information. Can anyone suggest a definitive publication? Thanks for any advice, Simon. |

It's been recommended before and recently. -- Terry Harper, Web Co-ordinator, The Omnibus Society http://www.omnibussoc.org E-mail: URL: http://www.terry.harper.btinternet.co.uk/ |

It's sitting on my desk at work still unread, from the days London Underground was a client. Will get started once I finish 'Life of Pi'. -- congokid Eating out in London?
