It looks like the days of getting a four pound voucher are over.
They now only pay the PAYG fare ( unless you had bought a cash fare) This is a little mean! I always thought a bit extra was fair. Still gone are the days of being with my three kids on a family travel card which cost about £3.50 and I got £16 back for a delayed journey |

Seems totally fare enough to me. Indeed I'm surprised that the arrangement whereby you got a £4 voucher went on for so long.
