Northern Line Refunds

Just noticed a refund section (Q10) on the FAQ - Camden section the Tube
website

http://tube.tfl.gov.uk/content/press...es/0310/23.asp

Looks like the customer charter can be used even though they "advertised"
the delays.

My partner goes from Euston to Camden as part of her journey, she has been
getting the bus/walking : Definitely longer than 15 mins delay. Should she
claim ?

Great work TfL - in Q10 the "Please click here for the e-form" doesn't
work, only the one at the bottom of the page does.

As far as I can see - yes.

Cheers,

Jason.
