Default Announcement re. Oyster on London overland rail

As a brief point to this, they Paddington-Slough line would actually
need to change at West Drayton not at Hayes.

Oyster PAYG is available all the way to West Drayton. So if the map
was differentiating routes that can be used with Oyster the change
occurs at WD not at Hayes.

The change in question is on the line to Heathrow, which should perhaps
be dotted (or otherwise differentiated, in addition to the text box)
after the junction halfway between H&H and WD:

If for no other reason that it might alert the minister to the fact he's
making misleading statements about Oyster being available on ALL (his
emphasis) services on the map.
