I like the caption to the video on the above page - "Boris Johnson's no strike deal has never materialised" - no sh*t! And it always seemed so likely... ;-) Anyhow, infrastructure staff appear to be walking out at 5pm (is this just the ex-Metronet lot?), with drivers, signallers and station staff following at 9pm. There's also strikes planned by TSSA at infraco Tube Lines (now TfL owned) on Tuesday 7th, and at Alstom who maintain the Northern and Jubilee line trains with a 24hr strike planned to begin on Sunday 5th at 7pm. http://walkit.com/london |
