So, not available to many, including me.

What's stopping you from buying some credit online, to trigger
this? I recently bought an extra £5 worth because of this.

I don't think I've ever bought as much as £5 credit at a time. I don't use
it enough. Most of the time I do use it I need to claim expenses so i top
up the amount used and get myself a receipt for the correct amount that
way. I suppose when I retire I might do it online.
