Why, when the platforms are not in use and the area is closed off, are
the lights kept on in the escalator shafts leading from the bottom of the main escalators at Charing Cross to the Jubilee line? Music video shooting excepted. Also, are these areas being maintained because there are plans to re-use them, or is it just standard procedure not to let things rot for safety reasons? |
