TfL I assume - it has TfL standard signage and is within the footprint
of the bus station.

Thank you. It's a useful and welcome facility, particularly now I'm getting on in years, but one side of it seems to be permanently locked; I've never seen it open. Yesterday I had to queue to use it, and at night I've seen a vomiting drunk in the only open side. I can't see anything obviously wrong with the locked side; I'll write and ask them about it.

I'm surprised... most back doors in Vauxhall seem to be permanently open.
