Though if they did own it there would always be the possibility of laying a 4th rail into Euston and running either a branch of the bakerloo or met line S Stock into there. Though whether that would make any operational sense is another matter. -- Spud |

I think long-term it makes sense to wire it, north of H&W at least, and fit pantographs to the LO stock. Then it would be more useful for that purpose.
