OTOH they managed to get time to next train functionality working on the outer reaches of the northern line back in the late 80s with whatever post war LNER signalling leftovers they had their so I really don't think they had any excuse other than corporate indifference and inertia not to get it working on the picc until 2016. -- Spud |
